At TEN BRINK HELLAS we offer you a complete in-house service.
From the initial planning to the final mounting and commissioning at customer’s site, we have full, detailed oversight and record of each individual project with a supervising engineer assigned, responsible for the whole process. By having this detailed and up-to-date view of the whole procedure, we can minimize significantly the reaction time to any last minute changes or issues that might occur.
Meanwhile, we have fully trained and equipped technician teams responsible for the technical support and installation of the machines on the customer’s site. Their experience in stainless steel and their constant training guarantee quality and speed both in installation, but also in solving on-site any issues, like last minute modifications or unexpected situations. Also, where applicable, we can offer you remote technical support through internet access on the machine.
